Study Strategy Swap Bingo™ — Facilitator Toolkit
A ready-to-use, facilitated activity that helps students recognize how they study, exchange practical approaches with peers, and choose one strategy to try next.
Study Strategy Swap Bingo™ begins with what students already do. They mark strategies on their Bingo cards, ask classmates what other approaches look like in practice, consider research alongside their own results, and make a realistic plan for an upcoming learning task.
The Facilitator Edition brings the activity and guidance together so educators and learning support professionals can use it in courses, first-year programs, tutoring and learning centers, advising, and academic-success workshops.
The full experience takes approximately 55–60 minutes and can be adapted for in-person, virtual, hybrid, or one-on-one use (guidance included).

Choose your license
Select the license that matches who will use Study Strategy Swap Bingo™ during the 12-month term.
Individual Educator License — $195 (annual, renewable)
For one educator or learning-support professional who purchases the toolkit. Use it in learning experiences you personally facilitate as part of your work for an educational institution or nonprofit organization, with up to 350 distinct students during the 12-month term. The license covers your own facilitation only and may not be shared with colleagues.
Program or Department License — $595 (annual, renewable)
For one department, program, learning center, or other unit of a nonprofit educational institution. Any number of the unit’s employees, including faculty, professional staff, and student employees such as peer tutors, may facilitate with the students the unit serves.
The Program / Department License includes everything in the Facilitator Toolkit, plus resources for sharing it across your unit:
- Facilitator Access Sheet: a one-page sheet with the toolkit link and a fillable field for your license key. Add the key once, then share the sheet with the facilitators your license covers.
- Toolkit thumbnail: an image you can use as an icon in your LMS or other internal systems where the toolkit is shared with authorized users.
- Simple registration: after purchase, register your department or program online so your license and renewal contact are on record.

How students are counted
Distinct students are counted over the 12-month term, and a student who takes part more than once counts once. For the Individual Educator License, the 350-student limit applies to each toolkit separately. If you expect to reach more than 350 students, choose the Program or Department License.
What your license includes
- Updates: corrections and updates released during your 12-month term.
- Where you can use the materials: open the web guide from your own computer or post it in a closed learning management system, visible only to facilitators. Upload and share student materials with your students in the LMS. Download PDFs and Word documents to your own devices.
License term
Each purchase covers a 12-month license beginning on the purchase date. Renewal is not automatic. Your right to use the toolkit’s materials ends when the term ends. Students may continue personally using the student resources they received, and their own work belongs to them.
